I spent 21/2 hours trying to speak to someone English every time South Africa absolutely no help and Im extremely disappointed in your customer service. What has happened I would give you a zero rating if I could.

Very very unhappy customer and I wish for someone English who can help me to call me back! Ive been deceived I bought fired earth bedding set for my super king bed and matching bedspread (medium) as was only one in store to be told if I complete the online request to be notified when x large comes back in stock but now its discontinued. Bed throw does nowhere near fit my bed. Ive bought new furniture decorated and Many thanks Joanna accessories to match also!

Im devastated as spent about £2000 changing my room to match this bedding set. I am beyond devastated please contact me 0791740**** Joanna Andrews

1) It was an automated system, I was informed that if my online order was placed in the last 30 minutes I could change the address by going into my account. I followed instructions. Today my order is being delivered to my old address.
2) The card I had on the account had expired, I added a new card which is registered to my new address so surely the payment should not have been authorised .
3) Today I managed to get through to a person by saying I had a complaint, I was told that I should have spoken to a customer representative to change my address that it could not be done online and now I would have to drive to my old address to collect my order!
My old address is 3 hours and 15 minutes away 7 and half hours return plus fuel!
